Jellyfish is a sound sculpture inspired by jellyfish. It has a timed electronic control system. For three minutes the work remains in rest producing only a few sounds captured from the environment through its capsule-shaped structure. The active time varies randomly from 30 seconds to 2 minutes. When it enters the active state, a motor sets sinusoidal currents in motion around the sculpture. Then a machine-like sound from the bottom of the sea is generated.
