Radionenflidio is a simulacrum of a radio. It is a wooden box that looks like an old radio, which contains programming (radio noises and interference, advertisements, interviews and sound experiments carried out by Paulo Nenflidio) on a CD player built into the object. There are 50 audio tracks that play one after the other randomly, producing the sensation of listening to a real radio.
It was presented in 2005 in the solo exhibition “Engenhocas Sonoras” at Galeria A Gentil Carioca – RJ and in 2006 at Rumos Artes Visuais Instituto Itaú Cultural.
