Installation with nylon lines, rock, pulleys, and 3D resin-printed counterweights

In Suspension Experiment n2, a small rock is suspended a short distance from the ground by a system of 12 pulleys with counterweights tensioned by nylon threads that alone would not support the weight of the rock. Together, the entire system maintains a balance of forces. The rock, while suspended, also suspends the steel counterweights. It is a second version of the original work Suspension Experiment No. 1 and was produced entirely using 3D resin printing.
